I think the world of work is changing so quickly that education, employment, and employability are going to converge much faster than people think.

There’s no point of skilling people if they don’t get jobs, there’s no way they’ll get jobs without skills, you can’t teach people in three months what they should have learned in three years or 12 years, so, the world of education is going to have to sort of think about that too. So I think the three E’s of education, employment, and employability are already converging.
