AV Request

To request any of the equipment listed as "available upon request" be brought into the space for your event, submit a ticket to the Event Technology Team here.

  • Built-in computer (with presentation software (including Microsoft Suite, Adobe PDF, PDF Annotator, VLC Media Player, Google Chrome, Zoom)
  • Presentation remote  (enables speaker to advance presentation slides without interacting with built-in computer, located in podium drawer)
  • Personal device connection (HDMI cable with various adapters used to project from personal laptop)
  • Digital touch panel selector (controls content output on projection screen)
  • Document camera (projects images of paper and objects)
  • Pen input screen (built-in display with companion stylus for drawing on presentation screen)

  • 3 Ceiling-mounted cameras (with views of the audience and presenter)

  • 8 microphone channels maximum (no more than eight microphones of any kind can be used at one time)
