The Women in Leadership Board Room B is intended for faculty and staff to host a variety of large-scale events including lectures, small conferences, recruiting fairs, and seated receptions.

  • 11 Round tables (27 if Board Rooms A and B are combined; 60 inch diameter; )
  • 1 Counter-height credenza (can be used as a bar or buffet)
  • 4 Easles (suitable for holding a sign that is approximately 24 inches by 36 inches in size)
  • 2 CBS-branded step and repeat banners
  • 6 risers (four feet wide, eight feet long, eight inches high; these can serve as a stage for a presentation)

  • Built-in computer with presentation software (including Microsoft Suite, Adobe PDF, PDF Annotator, VLC Media Player, Google Chrome, and Zoom)
  • Presentation remote (enables speaker to advance presentation slides without interacting with built-in computer)
  • Personal device connection (HDMI cable with various adapters used to project from personal laptop)
  • Digital touch panel selector (controls content output on projection screen)
  • Document camera (projects images of paper and objects)
  • Pen input screen (built-in display with companion stylus for drawing on presentation screen)

Cameras

  • 3 Wall-mounted cameras (with views of the audience and presenter)

Microphones

  • 1 Podium-mounted
  • 2 Wireless handheld
  • 2 Lapel (hands free)
  • Ceiling mounted (used for capturing audience participation)
  • 12 microphone channels maximum (no more than twelve microphones of any kind can be used at one time)
