Abstract
When the Columbia Business School Real Estate Association took its spring 2006 trip to Shanghai and Hong Kong, the students were in awe of the development that is taking place. Cranes were everywhere; it was clear that China is changing rapidly. A few of the major projects are described in this paper, by region.
