Norwegian Government Pension Fund–Global

At the request of the Norwegian government, the authors evaluate the active management of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund–Global, (i) reviewing the theory and evidence on the Efficient Market Hypothesis, (ii) evaluating the Norges Bank Investment Management's historical track record, and (iii) assessing the potential to use the Fund'?s comparative advantages to benefit the management process.
