Jackson Lu, a CJEB Doctoral Fellowship Recipient, and others published a paper in the Journal of Applied Psychology in July 2017. The paper, titled "'Going Out' of the Box: Close Intercultural Friendships and Romantic Relationships Spark Creativity, Workplace Innovation, and Entrepreneurship", won several awards and received wide media attention.
