Marketing Division Alumni Conference
Dear Alums,
It was wonderful to have you all back on campus for the Columbia Marketing PhD and Faculty Alum Conference. The day went beautifully and everyone said it was a real treat to connect across eras of Columbia folks—recount past stories as well as learn about some of the latest research of some of us. The group that benefitted most from the interactions was undoubtedly the current PhD students who got an invaluable chance to learn from previous generations of Columbia folks. We hope that the old connections that were revived and the new connections that were made help to make our highly impactful Columbia community even more close-knit over time. Our current plan is to hold this conference every few years.
The photos from the day are now available. Please check out the section below this message.
A special thanks to Vicki, Rajeev, Bernd, Dante, Silvia, Liz and Hortense for taking the lead on organizing and running the programs for the different eras! And to our staff, comprising of Molly, Clayre, Vee, Chung, Luisa and Johanna, for organizing and running the day perfectly.
Regards,
Kinshuk.
Relive the Alumni Conference
Marketing Division Alumni Conference
Greetings!
We hope this message finds you well!
We are thrilled to extend a warm invitation to the upcoming Columbia Business School Marketing Division Alumni Conference, set to take place on Friday, October 13th.
As you might know, in 2022 we moved to the new Manhattanville campus from Uris Hall. We will be holding the conference at the new campus. This will be an opportunity to reconnect with old friends and make some new ones while in Columbia Business School’s new home. It promises to be a fun day full of engaging discussions and talks by current division faculty, PhD students, and alumni, and recounting old stories of times spent at Columbia.
In addition to the conference, we’re hosting a pre-event drinks reception in the evening on Thursday, October 12.
In the meantime, feel free to reach out to us with any questions or suggestions that you may have.
Hope to see you soon!
Warm regards,
Kinshuk Jerath
