Ideal Client: Isabella's ideal client is anyone, because she has been fortunate to have provided career counseling services and coaching to individuals ranging from recent university graduates to retiree-consultants to factory floor blue collar workers.

Isabella offers business and multicultural coaching, career counseling and leadership development programs to support anyone express their full potential, with her active listening and solution-oriented coaching skills. She enables her clients leverage their unique identity and accomplish impactful goals by encouraging them identify myriad creative and sustainable strategies that can succeed in such diverse ecosystems as: multinationals, government entities, United Nations and European Union agencies, so every client can live the life they desire. Her latest publication is a translation into English of coaching “anti” manual: “Managers are Alone.”

Isabella relies on 30 years of experience which includes working in advertising, marketing, finance, telecommunications, insurance brokerage, professional acting, as well as several certifications and continuous training, to offer the most value to clients experiencing change processes and career transitions, who want to succeed in complex, especially multicultural, contexts since Isabella coaches at mother tongue level in English, Portuguese and Italian, is fluent in French, with working knowledge of Spanish. Isabella is proud to be the President of the CBS Alumni Club in Rome, Italy and to volunteer as mentor for the Professional Women’s Network (PWN).
