Carolyn Glass '02

Donor Profiles
Carolyn Glass '02

Ideal Client: Carolyn loves working with experienced professionals who are re-calibrating due to personal transitions (geographic, relational, workforce, etc); entrepreneurs who need a confidential strategic coach to hold them accountable, and women who find that it is lonely at the boardroom table.

Carolyn is a former executive who became a psychotherapist and decided to focus on helping other high-achievers define and achieve success in the workplace. Carolyn works with adults who want to live happier and more connected lives. She has a particular interest in supporting women through career or relationship transitions, and guiding the balance of personal responsibilities. Carolyn sees coaching as a helpful tool to develop insight that is bolstered by a collaborative, empathic, and supportive process. Clients leave energized and able to articulate, clarify, and achieve their goals.

Carolyn graduated from Columbia in 2002, and worked in media and technology as a marketer until pivoting to coaching and psychotherapy. Given her experience in having built and launched brands for both startups and corporations, she often coaches entrepreneurs and small business owners who need help prioritizing the needs of their businesses and themselves.
