Sabrina Zook '94

Sabrina Zook ’94 of Talent Development Strategies is a business-oriented coach with over 25 years of human resources experience including 14+ years at JPMorgan Chase.  In addition, she was the global head of HR for a financial services data analytics firm, Argus Information & Advisory Services.  She received her MBA from Columbia Business School with concentrations in HR and Management.

As a career coach, Sabrina provides structured guidance to focus career transition efforts and prepare clients for every aspect of the job search.  This may include a detailed career assessment, resume, and LinkedIn updates, effective networking strategies, identification of target companies, interview techniques, social media, executive recruiters, and salary and job offer negotiations. She works with clients in every industry at all levels, including C-suite leaders. In addition to working as a career coach, Sabrina is also an executive coach and focuses on helping clients improve their leadership capabilities and progress to the next level in their careers. Sabrina also is a coach at Columbia Business School’s Leadership Lab where she coaches current MBA and EMBA students.
