Tricia Bolender '06

Tricia Bolender is a strategy consultant and executive coach, partnering with senior leaders in government, nonprofits, foundations, and Fortune 500 companies globally to accelerate impact and transformation.  As Faculty at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, she has supported and advised Ministries of Health in Nigeria, Ethiopia, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Scotland in developing national quality strategies and policies to accelerate affordable access to high quality health care rooted in the science of improvement.  She received her BA from Harvard University, MBA from Columbia Business School and MA in International Affairs from Columbia University.  She has been a TEDx speaker, an Acumen Fellow and has served on the Board of Directors of several non-profits in the health and education fields, including Minds Matter and Kangu.  Her current focus is on authentic leadership, radical transformation and lasting impact.
