Buddy Moran '86

Buddy Moran is President of Elston Associates, a professional services firm offering coaching services to executives in numerous industries and across multiple functions including Finance, Consulting, CD, Strategy, HR, Marketing, IT, and BD/Sales. Elston Associates’ market-driven and customized strategies address a range of professional challenges, including accelerating individual performance/growth, developing “high” potentials, on-boarding executives into new roles/organizations, compensation and promotion positioning, navigating job/career transitions, job crisis management, and fast-tracking leadership/management development.

Previously, Buddy was a Vice President, M&A, and a member of the Executive Committee of Siemens Corporation ($21 billion revenue). He is also a former Board member of Siemens Building Technologies and Siemens Financial Services, as well as a former member of the Siemens Investment Committee ($8 billion pension plan).
