For the last 10 years, as the founder and CEO of her own leadership training and coaching services company based in Barcelona, Cynthia Indriso is a master designer in the delivery of bespoke leadership coaching and training solutions for both global public and private sector organizations in a variety of industries, as well as the United Nations and academia. As an executive and leadership coach, her core competency and work passion is leadership development for organizations, C-suite, and senior executives, and across middle management, who are leading change and committed to creating a culture of leadership, especially among culturally diverse stakeholders in global environments. Her clients span the globe, including the USA, EMEA, LATHAM, and UK. Her team of leadership specialist coaches and trainers come from 14 different cultures, work in 16 different languages, and are based across eight time zones.

From her more than two decades-long experiences living and working internationally, including in professional roles with the United Nations, Cynthia is known for both her focus on behavioral change, and her innate sensibility to the local cultural context, combined with a global business mindset, which is at the heart of her work. She is an active thinking partner in helping business leaders find practical strategies that merge seamlessly with their day-to-day, with a style that’s insightful, direct, forward moving, and results-focused.
