Erin Ewart is an experienced recruiter and career coach for social impact professionals. She has over 15 years of experience leading executive searches and helping organizations develop and improve their recruitment strategies, and an insider's perspective on what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for. She uses this knowledge to help mid-career professionals navigate the job search process, with a focus on tangible, action-oriented coaching, feedback on job search strategy and execution, including defining career direction, updating branding, job search marketing materials (resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn), and interview preparation.
