Check out her recent webinar Telling Your Story: Strategies for a Successful Career Transition, which tackles misconceptions about career transitions and how to make them, with tips and strategies that can help make changing careers a reality.

Ideal Client: Mid-career social impact professionals

Erin Ewart is an experienced recruiter and career coach for social impact professionals. She has over 15 years of experience leading executive searches and helping organizations develop and improve their recruitment strategies, and an insider's perspective on what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for. She uses this knowledge to help mid-career professionals navigate the job search process, with a focus on tangible, action-oriented coaching, feedback on job search strategy and execution, including defining career direction, updating branding, job search marketing materials (resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn), and interview preparation.

Erin has worked for a diverse set of organizations across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors including Google, the U.S. State Department, and KIPP, the nation's largest charter school network. She was a leader of Columbia's Social Enterprise Club and has expertise in working with social impact professionals, sector switchers, and those returning to the workforce after running their own businesses or taking a career break.
