Willie Mae Veasy

Willie Mae Veasy

Willie Mae Veasy is President of Covenant Business Concepts, a consulting firm specializing in Professional Development and Management Training, established in 2005. Willie Mae is widely recognized as an accomplised Enterprise Learning Professional with 15+ years of experience in Talent Development, Change Management, and Business Solutions. 

Prior to starting her own business, she was employed at Ernst & Young for 22 years as a Performance Consultant, in which her primary responsibilities and clients resided in the Finance, Information & Technology, and Human Resources arenas. To further this effort, she and her team created and facilitated a series of professional development workshops for women shelters, Christian drug rehabilitation centers, and community youth programs.

Willie Mae received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Somerset Christian College in 2011 and an Associate degree in Christian Counseling in 2009 from the same institution. She is also certified in Project Management, Change Management, Instructional Design, and Talent Management. She is currently taking time off from academia to work on her business full-time but plans to return to school in 2016 to pursue her MBA.
