Mara Measor

Mara is the Creative Director and Co-founder of Sunbird Creative, a branding agency in Harlem. After growing up in Hong Kong and living a year in Ethiopia, Mara landed in NYC and began her design career soon after graduating with a BFA from NYU. Through designing her own website, CDs, and other collateral as a singer-songwriter, Mara realized how much she loved telling visual stories, first for herself and then for others. She completed graphic design certification as well as branding and marketing courses through The Wharton School, and has worked with clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs looking to start their own small businesses to venture-backed startups with millions of dollars in revenue. Mara is now a proud Harlem homeowner with her husband Mark.
