Leo Espinoza ’02

Leo Espinoza specializes in senior-level executive search in the Global Industrial, Global Energy, Private Equity, Financial Officer, Supply Chain and Board Practices. He is a core member of the firm’s CEO and Board Practices. Leo brings more than two decades of experience with domestic and multinational organizations in a variety of industries, and additionally provides search expertise in the business and professional services as well as the transportation and third-party logistics industries.

Extensive executive search and leadership expertise

• Leo has extensive search and leadership advisory expertise in the industrial sector including industrial services, infrastructure, engineering procurement and construction, and manufacturing sectors.
• Leo has extensive experience including the entire energy value chain of upstream, downstream, midstream and oilfield services and oilfield equipment manufacturing as well as in the utilities and renewables industries.
• Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Leo was a consultant at another international executive search firm, where he conducted assignments for clients across the energy and industrial sectors. Previously, Leo has provided management consulting and forensic accounting services for both large consulting and small boutique firms.

Leo is a former certified public accountant. He holds an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Colorado State University.
