In response to the current challenging economic conditions for real estate capital markets, Columbia Business School and Goodwin Procter have partnered to present the 2010 International Real Estate Capital Markets Conference. This event focuses on the new world order of debt and equity markets. How have they changed, and how are they likely to evolve? What does this mean for the real estate industry, and what are the best strategies for the industry in raising debt and equity capital moving forward?
