The abstract reads: “Historians, political scientists, and pundits are debating the legacy of former Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo. And they're reconsidering how his policies have influenced the current prime minister, Kishida Fumio. Professor Emeritus Gerald Curtis of Columbia University has researched Japanese politics for years.
