During the fall 2010 semester the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate welcomed two distinguished real estate professionals to speak with Columbia MBA students over lunch. Ron L. Moelis, Esq., CEO of L+M Development Partners, and Ivan Kaufman, CEO of Arbor Realty Trust each led an engaging discussion with approximately 20 students. We are grateful to Mr. Moelis and Mr. Kaufman for their participation and continued ties to the School. The Real Estate Speaker Lunches provide a great opportunity for students to learn about the speaker's careers and gain valuable insight on the state of the real estate market. The discussions are moderated by Lynne B. Sagalyn, Earle W. Kazis and Benjamin Schore Professor of Real Estate and Director, The Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate.
