Professor Oded Netzer received both the 2008 John D.C. Little award for best marketing paper published in Marketing Science or Management Science, and the Frank M. Bass outstanding dissertation award, for his paper "A Hidden Markov Model of Customer Relationship Dynamics" published in the 2008 issue of Marketing Science.
The John D.C. Little award is given annually to the best marketing paper published in Marketing Science or Management Science. The Frank M. Bass award is given annually to the best marketing paper derived from a Ph.D. thesis published in Marketing Science or Management Science.
