Professors Thomas Bourveau, Matthias Breuer, and Robert Stoumbos win the 2021 FARS Midyear Best Paper Award

Congratulations to Professors Thomas Bourveau, Matthias Breuer, and Robert Stoumbos for winning the Best Paper Award at the American Accounting Association's 2021 Financial Reporting and Accounting Section Midyear Meeting for their study titled, "Learning to Disclose: Disclosure Dynamics in the 1890s Streetcar Industry." The award is made to the authors of a paper presented at the midyear meeting that is judged to best reflect the tradition of academic scholarship and be of relevance to problems facing the accounting profession and standard-setters.
