Re: Seeking Applicants for Patrick J. Dalton Private Equity Pathway Mentorship Program
The Private Equity Program is excited to continue highlighting alumni accomplishments within the private equity industry, and encouraging involvement of the industry with the School and the Columbia community at large. Starting in its inaugural year, 2007, the Private Equity Program introduced a mentor program between Executive MBAs with private equity experience and full-time MBA students seeking to develop their potential in the industry. Many of the matched pairs have formed lasting relationships, continuing to learn and assist one another in their careers. Now, with the generous support from Patrick Dalton '97, President and Chief Operating Officer, Apollo Investment Corporation, it is with great excitement that we announce the Patrick J. Dalton Private Equity Pathway Mentorship Program. We are now accepting applications from students or alumni seeking a mentor in the private equity industry.
The Mentorship Program links alumni mentors with students and/or other alumni who are transitioning into or are considering their next steps in the private equity industry. Mentor/mentee placements represent all areas of the industry including general and limited partner investing, consulting, mezzanine and turnarounds, executive recruiting, financing, fund raising, investment banking or marketing in VC, LBOs, and distressed investing.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Laura B. Resnikoff
