Columbia DRO Doctoral Student Gustavo Vulcano was awarded Second Prize in the George E. Nicholson Student Paper Competition for his work on "Optimal Dynamic Auctions for Revenue Management". The prize was awarded at the INFORMS Annual Meeting in Miami. Gustavo also won Second Prize in the Manufacturing and Service Operations Management Student Paper Competition. Gustavo's work is supervised by Garrett van Ryzin and Costis Maglaras.
