Marketing Ph.D. student Travis Tae Oh is one of the co-winners of the 2017 ACR/Sheth Foundation Dissertation Proposal Award competition for his proposed research titled “The Psychology of Fun: Inquiry into Consumers’ Fun Experiences.”
ACR provides annual awards for top doctoral dissertations on topics that deal with any aspect of cross-cultural or global consumer behavior and/or the public purpose of consumer research, which includes studies of social marketing issues or transformative consumer research related to individual, family, societal, or ecological well-being.
These awards are funded by The Sheth Foundation, founded by Dr. Jagdish Sheth and Madhu Sheth.
