IREX administers various fellowships for non-degree studies as well as one- and two-year graduate degree studies in the US for foreign nationals within 11 areas of study. Their international student loan program is designed to increase the opportunities for international students who wish to study at approved colleges and universities. Financing is available up to total cost of education in US dollars. Students are required to have a US citizen as cosigner.
