The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara works to inspire, encourage, and support Santa Barbara County students in their pursuit of education in part through the granting of scholarships. Students who attended at least four out of six secondary grade school years and graduated from a high school in Santa Barbara County, California, and plan to attend full-time as a graduate student at an approved US school are eligible to apply.
