Columbia Business School’s annual Open House for admitted students drew a full crowd, with nearly 350 prospective students gathering from the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. The two-day event invited people who had been admitted to Columbia’s MBA Program to sit in on classes and meet faculty members, prominent alumni and current students.

On Thursday evening, Goldman Sachs hosted a reception in its offices on Wall Street to welcome the admitted students. Friday included a keynote luncheon with Jerry Speyer ’64, president and CEO of Tishman Speyer Properties, followed by an evening reception at Bloomingdale’s hosted by Michael Gould ’68, chairman and CEO of Bloomingdale’s. The schedule of events was carefully planned by the Admissions and Alumni Relations offices in conjunction with student groups Columbia Women in Business, the Black Business Student Association and the Hispanic Business Association.
