Joseph Stiglitz, special adviser to the president and former chief economist of the World Bank, will give eight lectures this spring as the first Joel Stern Faculty Scholar.

Joseph Stiglitz, special adviser to the president and former chief economist of the World Bank, will give eight lectures this spring as the first Joel Stern Faculty Scholar. Stiglitz’s lectures will focus on the topic International Economic Challenges for the New Economy. The Joel Stern Faculty Scholars Program in Finance and Economics was created through a generous donation by Joel Stern, managing partner of Stern Stewart & Co.
