Archana Bharathan
Archana Bharathan is an executive coach and an organizational psychology practitioner with over two decades of experience advancing high-performing teams and leadership capabilities in organizations in 16+ countries. At Columbia Business School, she designs impactful and scalable learning programs, delivers 1:1 and group coaching, and facilitates leadership development sessions. In addition to her practical expertise, Archana integrates her training as a Zen leader to explore the intersection of mind-body connection and leadership effectiveness, bringing a holistic perspective to her classroom. Her research focuses on the role of self-stories in vertical leadership development and how shifts in leadership wisdom can cascade into team dynamics and organizational culture, fostering more resilient and adaptive workplaces.
Archana is a Columbia University-certified and ICF-PCC credentialed coach. She is a member of the Institute of Coaching. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University. She is also an alumna of The Wharton School and the London School of Economics.
