Chaney Matos

Chaney Matos is a Senior Associate Director in the Dean’s Office. Working closely with the Vice Dean on various projects, her main objective is ensuring that the school’s administration operates strategically and efficiently, and with the goal of improving the overall experience of the Business School community. Prior to joining CBS, Chaney worked at Fordham University as an Undergraduate Administrator providing comprehensive administrative support to the English department at Lincoln Center. Chaney graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University in Organizational Leadership in 2020 and received her Master of Arts from Teachers College in the Program of Higher and Postsecondary Education in May 2022. She also worked for Teachers College for 9 years as an office manager. Chaney has over 20 years of experience in higher education administration. A proud Bronx native and first-generation college student, Chaney's talent lies in streamlining workflows and anticipating the needs of the executive.
