Elisa Douglas

Elisa Douglas joins the Columbia Business School as Director of Alumni Engagement and Programs with nearly 15 years of experience working with diverse student body and alumni populations.  She is passionate about serving, building community, and strengthening alumni engagement.  Prior to this, she worked for Fordham School of Law as Senior Director of Alumni Relations and Public Programming and Columbia University as the Director of Regional Clubs and Alumni Relations.  At Columbia, Elisa created global strategy and provided guidance on governance models, succession planning, volunteer management, programming, marketing, and best practices for over 100+ regional clubs and 600+ alumni volunteers.  Elisa has also worked for the Office of Alumni Relations at St. John’s University and Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English from St. John’s University.
