Filipe Silva

Filipe Silva is the Executive Director of Custom Programs for Executive Education at Columbia Business School. In this role, he oversees the custom programs team and leads the development and execution of tailored learning solutions for organizations.

Before joining Columbia, Filipe gained extensive experience in international sales and publishing at Penguin Random House and Macmillan Publishers, as well as in higher education at New York University.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University and is currently pursuing an MBA at Porto Business School. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Filipe brings a strong global perspective to his work in executive education.
