Kristina Montville is Director of Faculty Affairs in the Office of the Dean at CBS. In this position she manages faculty appointments and career administration. 

Kristina has been a member of the Columbia community for over eight years. Prior to joining the Office of the Dean, she worked as Associate Director of Career Advising and Residency Services at Columbia's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S) focusing on student advising and career programming related to residency and the Match. Before VP&S, Kristina spent several years serving as a program lead in student affairs for the Executive MBA (EMBA) program at CBS. 

Kristina received her bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College in history and English and her master's degree from Teachers College at Columbia University in higher and post secondary education. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running on the Brooklyn piers, and trying new restaurants across the city.
