Nicole Royer
Nicole Royer is the Assistant Director at the Bernstein Center for Leadership and Ethics at Columbia Business School.
Before joining Columbia Business School, Nicole served as Program Manager for the Atlantic Fellows for Racial Equity at Columbia University’s Department of Arts & Sciences. Prior to her time at Columbia University, she worked with Rutgers RWJ Medical School’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities program at The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. Nicole has extensive experience managing programs focused on leadership development and training, mentorship and coaching, community organizing and network building, mental health and wellness, education, and youth development.
Throughout her career, Nicole has been dedicated to supporting individuals in their growth and helping communities thrive. She is passionate about developing future leaders and providing resources to help students, staff, and community members navigate challenges.
Nicole holds a Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice. She previously worked as a licensed social worker and a certified school social worker. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, concentrating in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Arts and Sciences.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys staying active and exercising, exploring nature, reading, watching movies and shows, and finding new ways to describe life and create stories.
