Pat Lilly
Pat Lilly is the Assistant Director at the Tamer Institute for Social Enterprise and Climate Change at Columbia Business School, where she focuses on Inclusive Entrepreneurship and fostering community and neighborhood partnerships. She also manages Manhattanville Community Day and other community-facing initiatives.
She joined Columbia University in March 2015 bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles, including Senior Program Manager in the Office of Community Partnerships at Columbia Business School, where she managed community-facing initiatives, and she was the liaison between the small business community and the business advisors at the Columbia University Small Business Development Center (CUSBDC).
Prior to that, Pat was Senior Manager for Community Engagement at The Forum/Office of the President, and a Program Coordinator in the Facilities & Operations Strategic Communications Department. With a strong foundation in community engagement, event management, and program coordination, Pat is known for building strong relationships and connecting people with the resources they need. She is passionate about continuing to make a positive impact through her work at Columbia University, leveraging her communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to support the university’s mission and enhance its community outreach efforts.
Pat currently resides in Central Harlem and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Rights at Columbia's School of General Studies.
