Sunita Lokuge

Sunita is a forward-thinking leader with significant experience in career coaching, human resources, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Her mission is to help individuals find jobs where they can flourish as their authentic selves and experience a sense of belonging. She is a Certified Career Coach with a DEI certificate from Cornell University. She has sharpened her skills in designing high-impact career readiness programs and coaching diverse professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs to find jobs and excel in their workplaces.

Through her leadership and entrepreneurial experiences in career development, she deeply understands the latest employment trends and has launched effective career readiness programs. Her corporate experiences have helped her build an expansive network in the private sector, NGOs, governments, and VCs. This gives her a readily accessible platform to help individuals expediently find mentorships and jobs that match their career aspirations. For her formal education, she holds a Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters in Computer Science.
