Virgen Onativia

Virgen (Vee) Onativia serves as the Research Operations Manager in the Office of the Vice Dean for Research at Columbia Business School. Vee closely collaborates with the entire Vice Dean for Research (VDR) team to ensure smooth processes, project plans, and programming for various initiatives. She is also responsible for coordinating events, programs, meetings, and conferences.

Vee is a native of Harlem and has been a part of the Columbia community for 18 years, with 12 of those years spent at Columbia Business School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a Minor in Psychology and an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts from Southern New Hampshire University. Before joining Columbia she was a paralegal specializing in Intellectual Property for 6 years.
