May 14-15, 2025

We are excited to announce an inaugural conference on The (Re)Production of Inequality in Evaluations to be held on the CBS Manhattanville campus on Wednesday through Thursday, May 14-15, 2025.

The impetus for this conference stems from our recent conceptual article published in Research in Organizational Behavior (2024). In the article, we examine how the environment surrounding evaluations in professional settings can contribute to gender and racial disparities. Through a mix of paper sessions, panels, and social events, the conference aims to spark meaningful discussions and foster collaborations that we hope will shape the future of inequality research.

Please be sure to register by Friday, March 28th.
