For Faculty attendees:
The conference has reserved a block of rooms for faculty attendees at the following locations:
- Arthouse Hotel, located at 2178 Broadway at W 77th Street on the Upper West Side. The negotiated rate is $369 per night. Reservations must be made by Sunday, April 13, 2025. Please make your booking at the following link: Arthouse Hotel Booking Link.
- Aloft Hotel Harlem, located at 2296 Frederick Douglass Blvd. The negotiated rate is $285 per night. Reservations must be made by Thursday, April 24, 2025. Please submit your information at the following link: Aloft Hotel Booking Link. (Please note: The Aloft Hotel has requested that we collect the reservation request information from participants and submit it directly to the hotel on your behalf.)
For PhD Student attendees:
The conference organizers have reserved a block of rooms for PhD Student attendees at the Aloft Hotel Harlem, located at 2296 Frederick Douglass Blvd. The conference will cover one night's stay; you will be responsible for any additional nights you would like to stay at the hotel.
