1. Log in here: https://business.columbia.edu/admin; select Add Content.
     
  2. On the next screen, where you can choose the content to add, choose Student Profile.
     
  3. Once added, provide a Name value to the Student Profile and fill out the Body biography of the Student Profile.
     
  4. Next, once the initial field values are added, provide optional values the Hometown, Areas of Expertise (e.g. Finance, Accounting), Program, Class Year, Previous Education, and a Profile Photo.
     
  5. Once the Profile Photo is added, provide an Alternative Text that describes the photo adequately for screen-readers to interpret them properly. More text, the better!
     
  6. If the Student Profile is to be tied to an existing Columbia Business School website, provide an adequate URL Alias to group the Student Profile to a page directory of an existing website. (e.g. Social Enterprise).

  8. Once the steps are completed, keep the Published box ticked if you want the Student Profile page to publish when you save. Untick the box if you don't want it published.
     
  9. Either way, hit the Save button, and you're done.
