Celebrating their 20th Annual PE+VC Conference on February 28, 2014, the Columbia Business School PE+VC Club will hold this year’s event at The Sheraton New York for a day of candid discussion on the state of the industry.

The Private Equity Program is pleased announce a Fellows Program, including up to 35 students preparing for careers in private equity.

Margaret Cannella ‘76, an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, has joined the Private Equity Program as Administrative Director. Cannella will join Private Equity Program Director, Donna M. Hitscherich, Senior Lecturer in Discipline, Finance and Economics.

International law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced that Margaret Isa Butler '01, member of the Private Equity Program's Advisory Board, has joined its New York City office as of counsel where she will focus on mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

In December 2012 over eighty members and friends of the Columbia Business School community, including current MBA and EMBA students, law students, alumni, and industry professionals gathered at the oceanfront conference facilities of Gurney’s Inn located in Montauk, NY for the 2nd Annual Private Equity Program Deal Camp.
