On June 27, 2014, the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and the Weatherhead East Asian Institute convened a group of eighteen leading East Asia experts including CJEB Director Hugh Patrick to partake in a daylong discussion titled “Tension Reduction in Northeast Asia: A U.S. Experts Workshop” focusing on the challenges facing Northeast Asia. This workshop was co-sponsored by the Center on Japanese Economy and Business, Columbia Business School and the APEC Study Center, Columbia University.   For the summary of this workshop, please click here.
