The Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate leverages premier intellectual capital and its New York location at the heart of global capital markets, to deliver the renowned MBA Real Estate program at Columbia Business School, offering an innovative, industry-led curriculum and a comprehensive research program led by fulltime faculty experts.
Our mission is to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge of real estate as it relates to the everchanging global market for real estate finance and investment.
Beyond the classroom, curating more than 50 annual programs and activities and interweaving a powerful real estate community throughout, the Center provides a coveted platform for sharing expertise and strengthening networks among its various constituents, presenting specific opportunities for stimulating exchange among students, alumni, faculty members, and the real estate industry at large.
MBA Real Estate Program
The MBA Real Estate Program builds upon the strengths of Columbia Business School's top-ranking MBA program, providing students an unparalleled opportunity to expand their entrepreneurial skills while focusing on real estate finance and investment management.

Once admitted, students may select from a full calendar of programs. Events, resources, and initiatives are designed to complement the formal curriculum and provide students with exceptional opportunities to gain in-depth insight into the real estate industry.
