Any citizen of Georgia holding a BA degree and not exceeding the age of 40 is eligible to apply for the program, which aims to fund Georgian students who wish to further their studies abroad. In order to be eligible for the program, applicants must have received a place in a priority field at a university approved by the fund. Columbia is an approved university.

The Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara works to inspire, encourage, and support Santa Barbara County students in their pursuit of education in part through the granting of scholarships. Students who attended at least four out of six secondary grade school years and graduated from a high school in Santa Barbara County, California, and plan to attend full-time as a graduate student at an approved US school are eligible to apply. Richard J. Meadows Memorial Scholarship Program

This program is designed to provide one-time scholarship grants annually for tuition and books for the pursuit of academic advancement or vocational enhancement. A Chapter LX, SFA member in good standing, family or dependent of a member, or member of the immediate family of a deceased member who was in good standing at the time of death, or an individual currently assigned to HQ, USSOCOM, HQ, SOCCENT, or HQ, CENTCOM who is otherwise eligible for general membership* in the SFA, or a family member or dependent of such an individual, and have been accepted by, or already attending, an accredited college, university, or vocational institute, to include post-graduate students. Exceptions may be made for grandchildren of a member in good standing. Personnel applying on the basis of membership in Chapter LX must have been a member for a period of at least 13 months to be eligible. All application materials must be submitted by July 1 each year.
