Assaf Zeevi is the recipient of a Faculty Early Career Development Award from the National Science Foundation. 

A reception and seminar were held on April 25, 2006 to honor Peter Kolesar's life and work at Columbia University over the last 40 years.

Paul Glasserman, the Jack R. Anderson Professor of Business, received the 2006 Lanchester Prize for the best contribution to operations research and the management sciences published in English from INFORMS.
